首先,登录后台,找到亚马逊发给你的绩效通知(Performance Notifications),通常标题类似:
"Your account is related to another account that is not allowed to sell on Amazon"
"We have found your account related to a deactivated account"
✅ 核心:
看清是哪种关联(是“和坏账户关联”,还是“和其他自家账户关联”)。
坏账户关联 = 风险更高,申诉难度大。
常见导致关联的因素:
相同/相似IP登录
设备/浏览器指纹一致
银行账户/信用卡/P卡重复
地址、电话、邮箱信息雷同
后台操作习惯相似
产品、品牌、仓库信息重叠
✅ 核心:
申诉时,你需要提供解释,证明你是独立运营,不存在故意关联行为。
一般情况下,关联申诉不需要提供发票或授权书,
但需要准备好:
公司营业执照(如有)
独立办公场所证明(如水电账单、租赁合同)
个人身份证明文件(如护照、驾照)
不同IP、不同设备使用说明(可以文字说明)
如果能证明:
你与被关联的账户没有实际控制关系
你的账户独立注册、独立运营
那么申诉成功率就高。

绝对不要否认关联事实(否认=死路),而是解释为什么不是有意为之,并提供合理改善措施。

点击冻结通知 ➔ 【Appeal Decision】
粘贴申诉信 ➔ 上传附件(如有)
确认并提交
